30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Conditions for Return To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our community:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original "All-in-One" packaging.
• Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund or immediate replacement.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges Found a different style you prefer? We offer one-time complimentary exchanges for unopened kits.
