Processing Time All orders are curated and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
• Complimentary on orders over $50 USD.
• Flat rate of $5.95 USD for orders under $50 USD.
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (Available at checkout for select regions).

International Delivery Starmo ships globally. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at concierge@starmo.co within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will prioritize a replacement or resolution for you.
